The Patchwork Calendar is a limited-release, once-a-year celebration of quilting: a printed wall calendar of 12 gorgeous quilts paired with 12 matching, downloadable PDF patterns from designers around the world, so you can enjoy the inspiration on your wall and sew each design across the year. Our story

Hi! I’m Nic Vaughan, the quilter and designer behind Craftapalooza Designs—and the creator of The Patchwork Calendar. I dreamed up this project to wrap up everything I love about quilting: community, colour, and the joy of making. Each year I invite a lineup of favourite designers to contribute a brand-new pattern and quilt photo, then we open the cart for one week only so you can snag the bundle. (The Patchwork Calendar)

How many years has it been running?

Launched for 2023. The very first Patchwork Calendar brought together 12 designers and their PDFs alongside the printed calendar. (The Patchwork Calendar)
