Shipping Policy - Patchwork Calendar

📦 Your calendar is printed on demand at the print facility closest to your delivery address (where available) and shipped straight to you. That means faster delivery and no surprise international postage on most orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s in my order?
The Patchwork Calendar is a combined product:
- a printed wall calendar, and
- downloadable PDF quilt patterns.
These are fulfilled separately (digital by email; calendar via print-on-demand and post).
Digital delivery (PDF patterns)
- Delivery: Instant download link sent to your checkout email within minutes. The email will come from hello@thepatchworkcalendar.com
- Didn’t get it? Check spam/promotions. Still stuck? Email support@thepatchworkcalendar.com.
- Fees & returns: PDFs don’t incur shipping fees and are non-returnable once delivered.
Printed calendar — production & shipping
- Localised printing: Calendars are produced as close as possible to your delivery address through a global network of 140+ print partners across 32 countries. This shortens shipping distance and speeds delivery.
- Choose the correct listing for your delivery address: We use separate listings for USA/Canada and All other countries. Ordering the correct version helps avoid delays and extra fees.
Estimated delivery windows (what to expect)
- Your checkout ETA = production time + shipping time. The estimate you see before paying already includes both the time to make your calendar and the transit time. Dates are indicative, not guaranteed.

Standard / Economy (typical transit after dispatch):
- Domestic deliveries: ~4–7 business days
- International deliveries: ~7–12 business days
- Express options: When available, Express is prioritised and faster than Standard. Exact options and timelines vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
- Variability to expect: Large orders, remote addresses, customs inspections, peak periods, or carrier disruptions can extend timelines; ETAs are estimates.
Processing & dispatch
- Production starts shortly after you place the order. Your checkout ETA already accounts for production and shipping time; we’ll email a dispatch notice with tracking (where available).
Tracking, delays & lost parcels
- Tracking: Not all services include tracking; links appear when your order ships.
- Delays: Weather, customs and peak season may slow delivery; we’ll help if your parcel is late. (ETAs are not guaranteed.)
- Lost parcels: Contact us within 14 days of the last scan/expected delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.
Shipping fees, taxes & duties
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination/service; you’ll see delivery costs before you pay.
- Taxes: VAT/GST may be collected where required.

Duties:
- For orders shipped within the European Union, Switzerland, UK, Norway, US, CA, AU/NZ, or Singapore, we guarantee delivery with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means no additional customs fees will be incurred.
- In cases where international shipping is required, customs fees may apply based on local regulations in the destination country.
- Customs fees, if applicable, are typically calculated based on the declared retail price of the product. It is important to note that you, the customer, is responsible for covering any customs fees. These fees are paid directly to the respective customs agency, by you the customer, at delivery.
Split shipments
Your PDFs arrive by email. Your printed calendar ships separately. Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We aren’t responsible for delays/losses due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel returns to sender, re-shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or misprinted items
We’ll make it right. Email support@thepatchworkcalendar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Remedies may include a reprint/reshipment or a refund for the affected item.
Change-of-mind returns
- Printed calendars: Printed on demand just for you, so change-of-mind returns/exchanges aren’t accepted.
- PDFs: All digital items are non-refundable once delivered.
Order changes & cancellations
We begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your address, email support@thepatchworkcalendar.com ASAP. If production/shipping has begun, changes may not be possible.
Cut-offs
We publish cut-off dates each year.
